Patient Care Locally CIC is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our clinical team. The role focuses on delivering vaccinations, wound care, ECGs, venepuncture, and other nursing services across our roving health units, GP practices and community settings.
You will work independently and with a multidisciplinary team, using clinical judgement to provide safe, patient-centred care and support health promotion in areas of deprivation. Travel across the locality is required.
