Role Overview
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients, patients, insurance providers, and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to manage billing queries, ensure timely invoice submission, and help maintain strong client relationships. You'll also contribute to minimizing bad debt by identifying and escalating potential issues early.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to billing correspondence and patient queries to ensure swift resolution.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients and insurers to resolve billing issues.
- Apply payments and recoups in line with reconciliation standards.
- Manage shortfall balances by directing patients to payment platforms or querying insurers.
- Raise and follow up on billing queries with insurance partners regarding outstanding balances, coding issues, or incorrect assessments.
- Process payments using our secure merchant system.
- Maintain and update client spreadsheets and documentation.
- Attend and host virtual client meetings to provide account updates and feedback.
- Support the finance team with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high call and email volumes.
- Strong customer service skills with clear and timely communication.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
