Are you an experienced physiotherapist looking for a role where you can deliver high quality neuro rehabilitation, feel supported by your team, and genuinely enjoy what you do? Pathways Physiotherapy is a private Stroke and Neurological Physio clinic near Burton-on-Trent. We offer clinic based and domiciliary therapy and have a small team of experienced Neurological Physiotherapists and Rehabilitation Instructors.
Due to continued growth, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team. We have a strong reputation for delivering excellent rehabilitation, underpinned by understanding what matters to our patients and providing high-quality, compassionate and evidence-based care.
We currently have an opportunity available for:
- A part time or full time experienced Neuro Physio (22.5 - 37.5 hours / week), to deliver a mix of community based therapy in the South/East Staffordshire and South Derbyshire area, and clinic based sessions at our lovely premises near Burton-on-Trent.
The caseload may include Stroke, TBI, long term neurological conditions, FND, plus rehabilitation for mobility and balance issues/ older adults. Car driver with access to own vehicle essential.
Requirements
- A specialist physiotherapist who is HCPC registered
- Has a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
- Has post graduate experience working in stroke/neuro rehab
- Has previous experience working as a qualified physio in the UK
- Is clinically confident – able to work autonomously as required
- Can deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
- Takes a genuinely patient-centred approach
- Communicates with empathy, compassion and professionalism
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Is committed to continued learning and developing their clinical skills
- Takes pride in providing an excellent patient experience
- Wants to make a real difference to the people they work with

In this role you would have the time, support and environment to achieve great clinical outcomes, build meaningful relationships with your patients and feel proud of the care you provide. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join our evolving service. This post could suit a physio who is ready to move into a band 6 position with mentoring and senior support, or equally someone who already has a significant amount of specialist neuro experience. A passion for neuro rehabilitation is essential.
