As a Care Assistant/Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—providing compassionate, person-centred care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients in meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Facilitate social activities and outings.
- Administer medication.
- Raise concerns and call district nurses/111 when necessary.
- Provide light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, washing dishes, and changing bed linen when necessary.
- Duties may vary from time to time in line with the need of the service and as agreed with Pathways of Hope.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 carer driver in Hampshire/Portsmouth female only.
- Please note this role is domiciliary care.
