An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a well-established Real Estate team based in Belfast within a national law firm. The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including both local Northern Ireland work and high quality London based transactions. This position would suit a solicitor seeking strong quality work within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a wide range of commercial property matters
- Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Acting for landlords and tenants on commercial leases
- Supporting on high-value and complex transactions, including London-based work
- Managing files with minimal supervision and maintaining excellent client care
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider real estate team
Essential Skills and Experience
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland or England & Wales
- Experience in commercial real estate / property law
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
