This is a key senior appointment within a highly regarded Property team, offering genuine long-term career progression for an experienced conveyancing solicitor looking to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will manage a high-quality residential caseload while playing a central role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the ongoing growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Providing a high level of client care and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior solicitors and conveyancing staff
- Contributing to the development and efficiency of the residential property team
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
- Strong experience in residential conveyancing, ideally at senior level
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
