Pathway is proud to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking and expanding law firm as they seek to appoint a Conveyancing & Probate Solicitor to join their growing team in Derry/Londonderry or Omagh. With a strong client base, modern working practices, and a dynamic leadership team, our client offers an excellent opportunity for solicitors at all levels to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities

• Residential & Commercial Conveyancing
• Manage a caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and land registrations.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Ensure all legal and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time.
• Probate & Private Client
• Administer estates from obtaining Grant of Probate to final distribution.
• Advise clients on wills, powers of attorney, and inheritance planning.
• Prepare and review wills and trusts in line with clients' instructions.
• Work closely with families, executors and beneficiaries in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Client Care & Communication
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through clear communication and a personable approach.
• Maintain the firm's reputation for excellent service standards and attention to detail.
• Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the collaborative culture of the firm.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland.
• Experience in conveyancing and/or probate (all levels of PQE will be considered).
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
• A proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach to legal practice.
