This role is ideal for a skilled legal secretary who enjoys probate work and is looking for either a full-time position or part-time hours with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners in the Probate / Private Client team
  • Prepare, review, and amend legal documentation, correspondence, and court papers
  • Manage files from opening to closing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Liaise professionally with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third parties
  • Manage diaries, audio and copy typing, and general administrative tasks
