Key Responsibilities

  • Provide paralegal support to solicitors across Personal Injury (PI), Employment, and Conveyancing cases.
  • Draft and review legal documents including letters of claim, settlement agreements, contracts, and conveyancing documentation.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and reports.
  • Assist with court, tribunal, and regulatory filings where required.
  • Manage client communications professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate case records and assist with compliance and file management.
  • Support fee earners with general administrative and case management duties.

Essential Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar role in a law firm.
  • Experience in Personal Injury, Employment Law, and Conveyancing highly desirable.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
