Key Responsibilities
- Provide paralegal support to solicitors across Personal Injury (PI), Employment, and Conveyancing cases.
- Draft and review legal documents including letters of claim, settlement agreements, contracts, and conveyancing documentation.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and reports.
- Assist with court, tribunal, and regulatory filings where required.
- Manage client communications professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate case records and assist with compliance and file management.
- Support fee earners with general administrative and case management duties.
Essential Skills And Experience
- Proven experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar role in a law firm.
- Experience in Personal Injury, Employment Law, and Conveyancing highly desirable.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and administrative skills.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise workload.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
