Corporate Solicitor, Derry / Omagh, £Neg Overview Pathway Careers are delighted to be working with a leading Northern Ireland firm who are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their team based in either Derry or Omagh.

This is a senior opportunity for a solicitor with 5 years PQE through to Director level who has strong corporate/commercial experience and is looking for the opportunity to progress their career within a successful and growing team.

The successful candidate will work with a varied commercial client base, advising on a broad range of corporate matters and playing a key role in the continued development of the department.

Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters.

Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, investments, restructuring and general corporate transactions.

Providing commercially focused legal advice to business clients.

Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Supporting the continued growth and success of the corporate department.

Essential Skills Qualified Solicitor with 5 years PQE.

Strong corporate/commercial experience gained within a recognised practice.

Excellent technical knowledge and ability to manage complex matters.

Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.

Ambition to progress within a senior role with potential leadership opportunities.
