Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Northern Ireland, is seeking a professional and organised Litigation Secretary to join their Antrim office. This role will primarily support the firm’s Medical Negligence and General Litigation teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to solicitors within the litigation team.
  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and court forms.
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for solicitors.
  • Liaise with clients, barristers, and external agencies efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Assist with billing, time recording, and general office administration as required.
