With additional offices across North Down, this successful firm has built an excellent reputation for providing high-quality legal services and offers a supportive and collaborative working environment.
This role will support a busy Conveyancing Solicitor and would suit an experienced legal secretary who enjoys working in a fast-paced property environment and can confidently manage a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities Conveyancing Support Providing full secretarial support to a busy Conveyancing Solicitor.
Preparing legal documents, correspondence and reports.
Opening and closing client files.
Assisting with all stages of residential property transactions.
Managing diaries, appointments and key deadlines.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally.
Preparing completion documentation and related paperwork.
Maintaining accurate file records and case management systems.
Administrative & PA Duties Managing the Solicitor's diary and scheduling meetings.
Organising files and ensuring documentation is up to date.
Assisting with billing and general office administration.
Monitoring deadlines and prioritising workloads effectively.
Providing administrative support to the wider team as required.
Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Conveyancing or Residential Property.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Strong audio and copy typing abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional communication skills and client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
