Pathway is proud to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking and expanding law firm as they seek to appoint a Conveyancing & Probate Solicitor to join their growing team in Derry/Londonderry or Omagh. Key Responsibilities
- Residential & Commercial Conveyancing
- Manage a caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and land registrations.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
- Ensure all legal and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time.
- Probate & Private Client
- Administer estates from obtaining Grant of Probate to final distribution.
- Advise clients on wills, powers of attorney, and inheritance planning.
- Prepare and review wills and trusts in line with clients' instructions.
- Work closely with families, executors and beneficiaries in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Client Care & Communication
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through clear communication and a personable approach.
- Maintain the firm's reputation for excellent service standards and attention to detail.
- Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the collaborative culture of the firm.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland.
- Experience in conveyancing and/or probate (all levels of PQE will be considered).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
- A proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach to legal practice.
