Litigation Legal Secretary, South Belfast, £NEG Overview Pathway is proud to partner with a thriving and growing law firm as they seek to appoint an experienced High Court Secretary to their South Belfast office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team within a firm that has multiple offices across Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to High Court solicitors. Manage court documentation, filing, and case correspondence efficiently. Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and court bundles. Liaise with clients, barristers, and other external parties as required. Schedule and coordinate hearings, appointments, and meetings. Maintain accurate case records and ensure all deadlines are met. Support the smooth running of the High Court team with general administrative duties. Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience as a High Court Secretary within a legal environment. Strong knowledge of court procedures and documentation requirements. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
