This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious career paralegal seeking to further develop their litigation experience within a busy and supportive legal environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting solicitors across a high-volume caseload while gaining exposure to complex and varied litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities- Case and File Management
- Assisting solicitors with the day-to-day management of litigation files
- Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
- Opening and maintaining client files accurately and efficiently
- Reviewing and organising medical records and other case-related documentation
- Client and Clinic Coordination
- Setting up and coordinating hearing loss clinics
- Liaising with clients, medical professionals, and third-party providers
- Scheduling appointments and ensuring all supporting documentation is prepared in advance
- Legal and Administrative Support
- Conducting legal research where required
- Managing diaries, deadlines, and court-related documentation
- Supporting solicitors with case progression from inception to resolution
- Previous experience working as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant
- Strong interest in developing a long-term career within litigation
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience handling medical records or personal injury-related files would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills and professional client manner
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment
