Pathway Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a respected specialist litigation law firm based in Belfast city centre in the appointment of a Legal Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and professional individual seeking to join a busy legal environment where they will act as the first point of contact for clients while providing essential administrative support to the wider legal team. This role would suit someone with previous reception or administrative experience, ideally within a professional services or legal setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front of House and Client Support
    • Acting as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors
    • Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
    • Maintaining a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment
  • Administrative and Office Support
    • Scanning incoming mail and legal documentation
    • Printing and preparing correspondence
    • Filing and organising documentation accurately
    • Assisting with general office administration duties
  • Legal and Court Support
    • Delivering briefs and legal documents to court as required
    • Providing typing support for legal documents and correspondence
    • Supporting solicitors and fee earners with day-to-day administrative tasks

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous reception, administrative, or office support experience
  • Professional and polished communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy office environment
  • Typing and document preparation skills
  • Legal or professional services experience would be advantageous but not essential
