A well-established firm in East Belfast is seeking a Paralegal to join their Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Conveyancing & Probate to work within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Conveyancing, Probate and Estate Administration matters, including preparation of documentation, correspondence, and liaising with clients.
  • Support solicitors in the Property department with day-to-day case management.
  • Maintain accurate records and case files in line with firm procedures.
  • Provide excellent client service, responding to queries promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the department through administrative support and collaboration with colleagues.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in Conveyancing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
