We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join a well-established and growing team in Belfast. The role offers a varied and stimulating caseload across a wide range of specialisms, including injury claims (pre-litigation and litigated), complex injury, catastrophic loss, motor damage, credit hire, recoveries, and fraud-related matters. The position operates in a supportive, inclusive environment, with hybrid working options available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of files from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct investigations, including evidence gathering and liaising with witnesses and experts.
  • Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, and settlement documentation.
  • Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations when required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and client standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams and jurisdictions to deliver integrated solutions.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor with 1–6 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience).
