Probate Solicitor (0-2 PQE), Belfast City Centre Overview Pathway Legal are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and successful local law firm based in Belfast City Centre, who are seeking to appoint a Probate Solicitor to join their busy and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor (0-2 PQE) who has an interest in developing their career within probate and private client work.
The successful candidate may come from a general practice background with experience in probate matters and will have the opportunity to work within an established and supportive legal environment.
Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters.
Advising clients on probate processes, estate administration and related matters.
Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and relevant third parties.
Supporting the wider team with the progression of files from instruction through to completion.
Providing a high level of client care and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Essential Skills Qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years post-qualification experience.
Experience in probate, private client or general practice work.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.
A genuine interest in developing a career within probate and private client law.
