A leading commercial law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to join its Insurance Litigation team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive legal environment, providing administrative and reporting support to fee earners across a range of litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain management information reports.
  • Produce accurate reports using Microsoft Excel and large data sets.
  • Assist fee earners with legal documents and correspondence.
  • Open and manage hard and soft copy case files.
  • Prepare court bundles and organise hearings.
  • Conduct legal research and compile information as required.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support including scanning, filing, and photocopying.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO27001, and Lexcel standards.
