Pathway Group is establishing a new Wolverhampton Alternative Provision and seeks a SENCO Lead to shape SEND provision from the ground up.
You will work with the Headteacher to design strategies, policies and interventions and help prepare for Ofsted registration.
The role is suited to an experienced SENCO with a track record in SEND leadership across provision types, ready to build systems, coach staff and ensure inclusive teaching.
