We are looking for a passionate and experienced Finance Tutor to deliver high-quality training to learners who are developing their skills and progressing towards employment in the financial sector. You will design and deliver engaging learning sessions in line with the Path2Apprenticeship contract, supporting learners from a wide range of backgrounds to achieve qualifications and positive outcomes.
About The Role- Deliver accredited and non-accredited finance-related training at Level 1 and Level 2
- Plan and deliver engaging sessions in classroom and/or online settings
- Support learners to overcome barriers, set SMART targets and progress into work
- Promote employability, financial capability and progression opportunities
- Maintain accurate learner records and meet all administrative and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support learner success
- Contribute to quality improvement and high standards of delivery
- Experience in finance, accounting, payroll, bookkeeping or related sectors
- Experience delivering training to adult learners, ideally within employability or vocational programmes
- A Level 2 (or higher) qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- A recognised teaching and assessing qualification
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience supporting unemployed or economically inactive individuals
- Ability to create an inclusive, supportive and learner-focused environment
- Confidence using digital learning platforms and tools
- Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
