Every lead you speak to has already put their hand up and asked for information. Your job is to call them back, have a great conversation, and help them take the next step. This is your chance to get into sales with a respected Birmingham training provider, learn the craft properly, and climb fast.

What you'll be doing:

  • Calling warm leads - people who've already shown interest in our training programmes
  • Building instant rapport, understanding what they want, and matching them to the right course
  • Guiding them from first call through to getting started - you own the journey
  • Hitting daily and weekly call and conversion targets (we'll show you exactly how)
  • Keeping your pipeline tidy in our CRM
  • Working alongside a buzzing, supportive sales floor and our marketing team

What we're looking for:

  • Energy, drive, and a genuine love of talking to people
  • Confidence on the phone - you can build rapport in the first 30 seconds
  • Hunger to hit targets and be the top name on the board
  • Organised enough to manage your own leads and follow‑ups
  • Any sales, retail, hospitality, call‑centre or customer‑facing experience is a bonus - but attitude beats CV here
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
