Recruitment and Progression Coach – GLA Contract Location: London Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum Pathway Group is on a mission to Change Lives Through Skills and Work. We’re seeking a proactive and motivated Recruitment and Progression Coach to play a key role in learner recruitment, engagement, and progression across our GLA-funded programmes. About the role You’ll support learners from first contact through to successful outcomes, providing high-quality information, advice, and guidance that helps them overcome barriers and achieve their career goals. Working closely with Delivery Managers, you’ll ensure a smooth, compliant learner journey and contribute to key performance targets across recruitment and progression. What you’ll do: * Attract and recruit learners onto programmes across multiple funding streams. * Deliver tailored advice and guidance to support learner employability and career development. * Build strong relationships with employers, referral partners, and community organisations. * Match and fill candidates into suitable job and training opportunities. * Manage a caseload of learners, setting SMART targets and tracking progress. * Organise and attend recruitment events, open days, and information sessions. * Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with GLA and internal standards. What you’ll bring: * Experience in learner recruitment, employability, or careers guidance. * Knowledge of the employability and skills sector, ideally with CEIAG (Level 2+) qualification. * Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to build partnerships. * Confident presentation and event engagement skills. * A proactive, organised approach with attention to detail and targets. * Commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding principles.
