Pathway Group is seeking an experienced SENCO Lead to establish and lead the SEND function within our new independent alternative provision school. The role carries strategic and operational responsibility for SEND provision, EHCP management, inclusion and learner outcomes.
Alongside SENCO duties, you will contribute to teaching through targeted intervention and small group delivery, shaping provision from the outset and ensuring high-quality outcomes for learners with additional needs.
