Pathway Group is looking for experienced Health & Social Care professionals who want to make a genuine difference through education - without giving up their flexibility. This is an associate tutoring role delivering fully funded Health & Social Care qualifications to learners across the country. You set your schedule, work from home, and get paid a transparent, competitive rate for every learner you take through to completion.

What you'll be doing:- Delivering fully funded H&S Care qualifications remotely
- Managing your own caseload and schedule
- Supporting learners from enrolment through to completion
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date portfolio evidence
- £375 per learner - full caseload of 40 learners equals up to £15,000 per cohort
- Fully remote with minimal travel required
