Pathway Group is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Tutor and Assessor to deliver the Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate across the West Midlands. The role combines home-based teaching with learner management and periodic face-to-face visits.
You will manage a caseload of about 30–40 learners on a roll-on, roll-off programme, assess written work and provide feedback, while maintaining audit-ready records and meeting targets.
