We are looking for a confident, motivated and target‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team.

The Role

The Sales Officer will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners, promoting suitable training programmes and converting enquiries into confirmed enrolments.

This is a fast‑paced role suited to someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and motivated by achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective learners.
  • Handle inbound enquiries and respond quickly to new leads.
  • Promote Pathway Group training programmes clearly and confidently.
  • Understand learner needs, goals and circumstances.
  • Convert enquiries into applications, eligibility checks and confirmed programme starts.
  • Follow up consistently by phone, email and SMS.

  • Maintain accurate records on CRM systems and internal trackers.
  • Achieve agreed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Work closely with enrolment, delivery and customer engagement teams.
