We’re looking for an experienced Business Management Tutor to deliver engaging teaching and assessment to adult learners funded through the Advanced Learner Loans programme. If you’re passionate about business education and enjoy helping learners achieve real outcomes, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering Business and Management qualifications to adult learners
- Planning engaging lessons that meet awarding organisation requirements
- Assessing learner progress and supporting them to achieve
- Motivating learners and removing barriers to learning
- Maintaining accurate learner records and meeting funding requirements
- Working closely with internal teams to support learner success
- Ensuring high-quality delivery in line with Ofsted standards
What we’re looking for:
- Occupational experience in Business Management or Business Administration
- Experience delivering vocational or adult education
- A Level 3 teaching qualification (or equivalent)
- Teaching and assessing qualifications
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using digital systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Advanced Learner Loans
- A learner-focused approach and commitment to quality
