Hospitality Tutor GLA Contract
Location: London / Field-Based
Salary: £32,000 £35,000 per annum
Pathway Group is on a mission to Change Lives Through Skills and Work. Were seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Tutor to deliver engaging, high-quality training to adult learners looking to build their skills and progress into sustainable employment within the hospitality sector.
About the role
Youll design and deliver creative sessions at Level 1 and Level 2 that inspire learners from diverse backgrounds. Working within the GLA contract, youll support individuals to gain confidence, achieve qualifications, and move into meaningful work.
What youll do:
Deliver accredited and non-accredited hospitality training, both in person and online.
Support and motivate learners to achieve their goals through engaging, inclusive teaching.
Identify individual needs and set SMART targets to promote progress.
Complete all required administrative and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure learners receive the best support possible.
Promote employability and career opportunities within the hospitality industry.
Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
What youll bring:
Experience in the hospitality sector (e.g. customer service, food service, or hotel operations).
Experience delivering training to adults in vocational or employability programmes.
Teaching or assessing qualification (minimum Level 3).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
