Pathway Education is seeking a teaching assistant to support secondary pupils with SEMH at a faith-friendly, Outstanding rated special school in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
The role is full-time, 8.45am–3.30pm, with small class sizes to provide extra academic, social and behavioural support to learners aged 11–18.
The successful candidate will be patient, nurturing and resilient, capable of working well in teams and delivering 1:1 and small-group support within EHCP frameworks.
