Reports To: The Management team and company founder

Contract Type: 3 month contact (with potential to extend).

Full-time Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9AM - 5.30PM working hours, with some evening delivery & overnight stays where necessary in line with the role)

Location of Role: Hybrid role - 1/2 days in office (London location)

Start Date: ASAP

About the role: This is a great role for someone looking to further their experience in project management & delivery. You will be working with our dynamic, passionate team, contributing towards a positive impact in supporting young people to understand their future options. You will be working closely with our Education, Employer, Marketing, & Delivery Teams, becoming an integral part of the collaboration between all teams. You will support the Head of Delivery to ensure an organised and prepared approach to client projects. You will be an important team member who is excited to speak and host events with our clients and for our students.

Your responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Account Managers to support the Project Management of a portfolio of client projects - including actioning project tasks and helping to report back to clients on progress via email and meetings.
  • Clear management of your own calendar - this role will involve booking in sessions with schools, hosting in-person and virtual events, and travel between in-person sessions.
  • Support with the delivery and hosting of small-scale to large-scale (300+ attendees) events for students, parents, and employers.
  • Supporting with pre-event tasks - working with clients to create an agenda and creating PowerPoint presentation slides.
  • Supporting with post-event collection of data to support in the creation of project reports, including quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Responsible for management of shared inboxes per a team rota, including student, parent, & teacher queries relating to projects.
  • Contribute to our Student Support function in relation to your set projects - to help young people with apprenticeship applications and to gather feedback from project events.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in an administrative role or similar.
  • Experience of supporting to deliver end-to-end projects.
  • Passion for education and our industry.
  • Time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Willingness to travel to UK-wide events when needed.
  • Articulate both in written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.
