Purpose of the Role: Pathway CTM is a growing socially purposed business, set up to ensure every young person is supported during their first step into a career. We focus this mission in schools and colleges around the UK, helping education with the challenges they face in supporting young people with careers, and supporting students, as individuals, taking on their first career choice! We form strong and meaningful partnerships with employers, schools, colleges, and other organisations; this is paired with a real purpose to serve our main beneficiary – our students. This Head of Operations role will be working to ensure our Programme is delivered to the highest commercial, and social, level as possible, owning all post-sales delivery.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Management of the Programme Delivery, including people, processes, roles and responsibilities
- Schools, Students, Events, Mentoring & Support
- Accountable for our Social Impact measurements and implementing a clear strategy of student support throughout the academic year
- Accountable for staff development, and training and operating processes
- Ability to spot opportunities for improved operations delivery
- Oversee the Volunteer, Ambassador & Alumni Programme ensuring both are utilised effectively and relationships are developed and maintained
- Overall accountability for good Governance in areas such as GDPR, Safeguarding and annual reviews company policies
