They are now seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers.
- Provide clear, professional advice to clients, maintaining high standards of client care.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation relevant to residential property transactions.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions.
- Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and firm policies.
- Support the team with general conveyancing administration when required.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Highly organised, able to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
