A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Newtownards is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join their busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and personable legal secretary with strong residential conveyancing experience who is looking for a long-term role within a respected local practice. Experience in Wills and Probate would be advantageous but is not essential. The firm would ideally like to recruit on a full-time basis, however a 4-day working week would be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing full secretarial support to fee earners within the conveyancing department
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Managing client files from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Audio and copy typing
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assisting with Wills and Probate matters where required
- General administrative duties as part of a busy legal office
