The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting solicitors across a high-volume caseload while gaining exposure to complex and varied litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case and File Management
    • Assisting solicitors with the day-to-day management of litigation files
    • Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
    • Opening and maintaining client files accurately and efficiently
    • Reviewing and organising medical records and other case-related documentation
  • Client and Clinic Coordination
    • Setting up and coordinating hearing loss clinics
    • Liaising with clients, medical professionals, and third-party providers
    • Scheduling appointments and ensuring all supporting documentation is prepared in advance
  • Legal and Administrative Support
    • Conducting legal research where required
    • Managing diaries, deadlines, and court-related documentation
    • Supporting solicitors with case progression from inception to resolution

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant
  • Strong interest in developing a long-term career within litigation
