A highly regarded and prestigious law firm in Belfast City Centre is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their busy Property and Private Client team, with a focus on both residential conveyancing and probate matters. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Handle probate and estate administration matters, including applications for Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration
  • Draft and review legal documentation including contracts, transfers, and probate paperwork
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors in a professional and timely manner
  • Conduct title checks, searches, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Assist senior solicitors on more complex matters where required
  • Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines effectively
  • Deliver high standards of client care throughout all transactions

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Recently qualified Solicitor (02 years PQE)
  • Strong interest or experience in conveyancing and/or probate law
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to develop within a reputable firm
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
