Our client is a well-established and progressive law firm based in Lisburn, currently seeking a capable and motivated Paralegal or Solicitor to join their growing team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive practice with a strong focus on Private Client and Conveyancing work, offering long-term career development for the right individual.
The successful candidate will work across a varied caseload including Probate, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPA) and Residential Conveyancing, within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and assisting with a caseload of Probate and Estate Administration matters
- Drafting Wills and advising clients on estate planning
- Preparing and processing Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPA)
- Handling Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, financial institutions and other third parties
- Drafting legal documentation and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
- Providing high-quality client care and maintaining professional standards throughout
- Experience working in Private Client matters (Probate, Wills, EPA)
- Conveyancing experience is highly desirable
- Suitable for an experienced Paralegal or a Qualified Solicitor
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A proactive, professional and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team within a busy practice
