The work covers a range of insurance litigation matters, with opportunities to gain experience in motor, employers liability and public liability claims as your experience develops. Key Responsibilities Handle insurance litigation matters on behalf of insurer clients, with responsibility appropriate to your experience. Work on motor claims, with opportunities to develop experience across employers liability and public liability matters. Maintain accurate files and manage deadlines effectively. Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. Contribute to the work of the specialist insurance litigation team. Essential Skills Qualified Solicitor, from newly qualified level up to 2 years PQE. Strong organisational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. An interest in developing a career in insurance litigation.
