A highly regarded, top-tier commercial law firm is seeking a Healthcare Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor to join its specialist Healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing practice advising on complex and varied healthcare matters, with strong support for career progression and ongoing development.

The firm is open to considering candidates from NQ through to Senior Associate level (up to 6+ PQE), and is keen to speak with ambitious solicitors looking to develop their career within healthcare law at a leading firm.

The Role

  • Advising a broad client base across the healthcare sector, providing expert guidance on regulatory, compliance, and contentious matters.
  • Handling healthcare litigation and dispute resolution work.
  • Drafting legal documents and client correspondence.
  • Liaising with clients, regulators, and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting senior lawyers on strategy and complex matters.
  • Taking an active role in developing client relationships and the wider practice.

About You

  • NQ–6+ PQE with experience in healthcare law, regulatory work, or litigation.
  • Strong drafting, analytical and advisory skills.
  • Confident client-facing ability with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied and busy workload effectively.
  • Commercially aware, collaborative, and proactive.
