Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring exceptional client service at all times.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and related legal documents.
- Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external parties such as banks, estate agents, and local authorities.
