Corporate / Commercial Solicitor Belfast | 110 PQE Overview We are working with a leading commercial law firm in Belfast that is looking to expand its Corporate Team. They are seeking a few new team members across different PQE levels, from 110 years. This is an exciting opportunity for solicitors with transactional corporate experience or commercial contracts experience with some exposure to corporate deals to join a dynamic and growing team working on high-value matters. Key Responsibilities Acting on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and company re organisations. Drafting and negotiating SPAs, investment agreements, shareholder agreements, and other commercial contracts. Advising corporate clients across a range of sectors. Supporting senior lawyers on complex corporate projects. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team development. Essential Skills and Experience Qualified solicitor with transactional corporate or commercial contracts experience. PQE range: 110 years. Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills. Excellent client management and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
