The Role: They wish to recruit a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to join their dynamic team. A newly qualified Solicitor with previous Paralegal experience will also be considered. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base, working on a variety of complex residential property transactions. Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds. Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law. Providing commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice aligned with clients objectives. Supporting senior solicitors and partners on high-value residential and mixed-use development projects as needed. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver an outstanding level of service. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with 1-2 years PQE in residential conveyancing or NQ with previous conveyancing paralegal experience.
