Conveyancing & Private Client Solicitor Co. Down Overview Our client, a long established and highly regarded law firm in County Down, is seeking to appoint a Conveyancing & Private Client Solicitor to join their head office team. This is a key position within a busy and supportive environment, where you will be working alongside two experienced conveyancers and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. The role is open to solicitors with a minimum of 1 year PQE, though preference will be given to those with 2 years PQE. Senior solicitors seeking progression, including potential partnership, are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish. Advising clients on private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate planning. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through a professional and personable approach. Contributing to the wider success of the firm by providing guidance and support to colleagues where appropriate. Essential Skills & Experience Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in conveyancing; private client experience is highly desirable. Strong technical knowledge of property law and private client matters. Excellent client care and communication skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently, while also working collaboratively within a team. Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
