We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join a well-established and growing team in Northern Ireland. The role offers a varied and stimulating caseload across a wide range of specialisms, including injury claims (pre-litigation and litigated), complex injury, catastrophic loss, motor damage, credit hire, recoveries, and fraud-related matters. The position operates in a supportive, inclusive environment, with hybrid working options available.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of files from inception to resolution.
- Conduct investigations, including evidence gathering and liaising with witnesses and experts.
- Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, and settlement documentation.
- Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations when required.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and client standards.
