An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential conveyancer or solicitor to join a busy part exchange team within a leading residential development unit. The role is permanent and will suit someone with a minimum of three years residential conveyancing experience (five years preferred) who is confident managing their own caseload from instruction to completion. You will handle a range of transactions including unregistered properties bought and sold by way of part exchange. No previous part exchange or plot sale experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own residential property caseload from start to finish
- Draft and issue conveyancing documentation
- Respond to pre-contract enquiries and review title and searches
- Negotiate and exchange contracts
- Handle completions and post-completion formalities (SDLT, Land Registry, etc.)
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet quick turnaround deadlines
- Maintain strong client relationships
