Pathway Legal Recruitment are delighted to be working with a busy and established Belfast City Centre law firm who are seeking to appoint a Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with experience in personal injury litigation who is looking for a new opportunity within a supportive and successful practice.
The role will involve managing a varied caseload with a focus on industrial disease, clinical negligence and plaintiff personal injury matters.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
- Handling industrial disease and clinical negligence claims
- Working on plaintiff accident at work cases
- Providing high quality legal advice and representation to clients
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and preparing cases for settlement or litigation
- Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2+ years PQE
- Experience in litigation, ideally with a focus on personal injury work
- Experience managing your own caseload
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Competitive salary depending on experience and PQE
- Flexible working from home options
- Potential for part-time hours (although full-time preferred)
