This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with experience in personal injury litigation who is looking for a new opportunity within a supportive and successful practice.
The role will involve managing a varied caseload with a focus on industrial disease, clinical negligence and plaintiff personal injury matters:
- Handling industrial disease and clinical negligence claims
- Providing high quality legal advice and representation to clients
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and preparing cases for settlement or litigation
- Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2+ years PQE
- Experience in litigation, ideally with a focus on personal injury work
