A leading commercial law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to join its Insurance Litigation team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive legal environment, providing administrative and reporting support to fee earners across a range of litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain management information reports.
- Produce accurate reports using Microsoft Excel and large data sets.
- Assist fee earners with legal documents and correspondence.
- Open and manage hard and soft copy case files.
- Prepare court bundles and organise hearings.
- Conduct legal research and compile information as required.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties.
- Support billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support including scanning, filing, and photocopying.
- Ensure compliance with ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO27001, and Lexcel standards.
