Our client, a leading international law firm based in Belfast, is seeking a proactive and highly organised PA to provide high-level administrative support to their Commercial Technology team. Previous legal experience is essential, but applicants do not need a background in commercial law although it is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA looking to develop within a high-profile legal environment, with one day working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive PA support to the Commercial Technology team, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Draft and manage correspondence, prepare documents, and assist with reporting.
- Liaise with clients, internal stakeholders, and external parties on behalf of the team.
- Manage and maintain filing systems, records, and databases efficiently.
- Support the team with project coordination and administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous PA/EA experience within a legal environment is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
